Xeco Power Tuning Technology

The Xeco Power Quality Platform enhances resistance levels and reduces reactive power and heat factor ratios for inductive loads, returning cleaner power.

By precisely tuning the current in each circuit at 50 or 60 Hz, the system optimizes voltage while reducing amperage to improve the power factor.

This optimization can cut power consumption by up to 16%, while extending the life and uptime of your electrical infrastructure.

Installed easily via spare breakers and/or fuse disconnects, the platform requires no direct connection to your equipment.

Active Power Filter

The XECO Power Filter is a software-controlled device to shunt up to 51 levels of upstream harmonics to earth ground at the bonding source of the main transformer or switchgear by up to 95%. The XECO Power Filter automatically adjusts its filtering capabilities based on the current load and will adjust up or down across four different priority levels in order to reduce amperage load to the electrical network.

Line Conditioner

The 50 and 60 hertz line conditioners are used for narrow band tuning, allowing the purest form of energy at that frequency. The additional waste then gets pushed to the third level harmonics and shunted to earth ground of the electrical network and the main transformers neutral line using the XECO Active Power Filter.

Power Booster

The XECO switch gear booster is specifically designed to manage and stabilize voltage while also having the ability to increase power factor levels to 98% and above, reducing the need for additional kVAR equipment like traditional capacitor banks and other legacy electrical solutions.

The Xeco solution is designed to help commercial and industrial facilities reduce both electricity consumption and emissions, and save money.

Xeco's technology offers several advantages, including demand power factor, or load factor, efficiency, which measures electricity efficiency. This solution helps facilities use electricity more productively and with less waste by improving power factor efficiency. Additionally, the technology reduces kW and kWh consumption, stabilizes voltage across the electrical network, and reduces total harmonic distortion caused by DC loads from VFD's, inverters, and other DC regulating equipment. Finally, Xeco's solution can also extend the useful life of inductive motors by reducing their winding temperature.
